DESCRIPTION:Moderately difficult loop of c. 5.5 miles. Please bring at least one hiking pole for a few steep sections on the descent over\neither rock or gravel\, wear hiking boots with good tread. The climb up has a long stretch uphill to a vista that overlooks\nLake Saint Catherine with views of the southern Adirondacks. Sections of beautiful hemlock and hardwoods\, with some\nopenings in the woods with views. Contact trail leader for meeting place and time.
